Hi, I'm Angela. I'm a wife to Jon, and a mother to two wonderful children. In just over four years of marriage we've been through some hard times and have learned ALOT about faith and trusting God.

In a nutshell, my husband was diagnosed with cancer in April 2007 and underwent chemotherapy. Weeks before our wedding Jon was told he was cancer free. We then got married in July of 2007 (Click HERE to read Our full story). In 2010 we welcomed our daughter, Kallie, into our lives, and, 6 months later I found out I was pregnant... again. On May 8, 2011 we welcomed Bronson to our family and that's when life got turned upside down.

To say that life changed a little bit when Bronson was born would be an understatement. Bronson is now 9 months old and has been cancer free for 7 months. In the first 2 months of life he was diagnosed with Stage 4S Bilateral Adrenal Neuroblastoma, had chemotherapy, radiation, a lot of other medical problems in between and finally went into liver failure. At 2.5 months old he had a liver transplant with the liver donor being my sister, Sarah Beth. After 3.5 months of being in the hospital we were able to bring him home with us for the very first time! He is now healthy and constantly on the move and always getting into things! :) (Click HERE to read Bronson's story)

Life doesn't always go the way we want it to. There are ups and downs and maybe even hair pin turns, but that doesn't mean we stop. I've learned that trusting in God is the only thing we can do and that he will take care of us.  No. Matter. What.

I originally started this blog to document Bronson's journey, but now that life has returned to "normal" (what is normal anyways?) I use this blog to write about my everyday life. A life that involves coffee, kids, poop, not enough sleep, crafts, coffee, God, faith, childhood cancer checkups, coffee, liver transplant stuff, and anything else I might rant write about along the way!

Life isn't easy, so why don't you join me and we can stumble through it together!

Angela, you got me teary eyed. What a journey! My heart goes out to you!

Readying Bronson's story and seeing his pictures I could see how dedicated and present you were throughout the whole process. He is very lucky to have you and your husband as his parents.

The 14 weeks old picture melted my heart, what a smile!!!! I also love the family picture ready to leave the hospital, what a happy moment!

I can't imagine what you went through, just to think about it, it hurts. A mother should never have to go through that. And in your case, you had already gone through a lot with your husband's scary diagnosis!

Congratulation for being so strong, overcoming all the obstacles and for having such a BEAUTIFUL family!

Hi! I worked at MOR with your brave sister Sarah Beth during the time of the transplant. I since left for another job but have checked back on the "Faith.." blog.
I am so happy and overcome with joy tonight as I happened across the updates on Bronson and the whole family in the "Anthony Crew" blog.
It is so nice to now know how your story has proceeded since then with blessings and joy.
Wishing you a wonderful 2nd Christmas with Bronson and MANY MORE!!
